This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, postponements, exchanges, and related ticketing issues are handled for tickets purchased through Totustix, operated by Totustix LLC ("Totustix," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing tickets through Totustix, you agree to this Refund Policy and any event-specific terms disclosed before purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable after purchase.
Please review your event, date, time, venue, seat selection, ticket quantity, delivery method, and total price before completing your purchase.
2. Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, Totustix will provide a refund to the original purchaser, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds for canceled events will generally include the ticket price and mandatory fees paid at checkout. Certain optional purchases, such as ticket protection, merchandise, donations, memberships, upgrades, or other add-ons, may be non-refundable if they were provided by a third party or disclosed as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, event organizer, or venue.
3. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date, time, or venue.
Refund availability for postponed or rescheduled events is determined by the event organizer, venue, promoter, applicable law, and any event-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. If refunds are approved for a postponed or rescheduled event, Totustix will communicate the refund instructions, deadline, and eligibility requirements to eligible purchasers.
If you do not request a refund within the stated refund window, your ticket may remain valid for the rescheduled event and may no longer be eligible for a refund.
4. Event Changes
Event details may change after purchase, including start time, lineup, performers, teams, supporting acts, venue configuration, entry requirements, or production details.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly authorized by the event organizer, changes to performers, lineups, supporting acts, schedules, or other event details do not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Ticket Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your ticket, cannot access your ticket, or believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact Totustix support as soon as possible and before the event begins.
Totustix may attempt to resolve the issue by re-sending tickets, correcting account access, providing replacement tickets, coordinating with the event organizer or venue, or taking other reasonable steps.
A refund may be provided if Totustix determines that, due to an error by Totustix, the event organizer, or the ticket issuer, your valid purchased ticket did not provide admission to the event and the issue could not reasonably be resolved.
6. Incorrect Orders and Customer Error
Totustix is not responsible for customer errors made during purchase, including selecting the wrong event, date, time, ticket type, seat, quantity, account, email address, or delivery method.
Refunds or exchanges for customer error are not guaranteed and may be unavailable. If you notice an error, contact Totustix support immediately. We may, at our discretion and where permitted by the event organizer, attempt to assist with corrections.
7. Duplicate Purchases
Duplicate purchases are not automatically refundable. If you believe you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact Totustix support as soon as possible.
Totustix may review duplicate purchase requests on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or approved by the event organizer.
8. Service Fees, Processing Fees, and Other Charges
Totustix may charge service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, facility fees, taxes, or other charges disclosed during checkout.
For canceled events, mandatory fees paid at checkout will generally be refunded along with the ticket price, unless a specific fee is permitted by applicable law to remain non-refundable and was clearly disclosed before purchase.
For all other situations, fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated, approved by the event organizer, or required by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Sellers, Resale, and Marketplace Tickets
If Totustix facilitates tickets sold by third-party sellers, resale sellers, venues, promoters, or event organizers, refund rights may depend on the seller type, event terms, applicable law, and the circumstances of the issue.
Where required by law, Totustix will provide or facilitate required refunds for qualifying canceled events, invalid tickets, materially misdescribed tickets, or other legally protected situations.
Totustix may require reasonable documentation before processing a refund related to invalid, misdescribed, or non-admitting tickets.
10. Denied Entry
Totustix is not responsible for denied entry caused by your failure to follow venue rules, event policies, age restrictions, identification requirements, security procedures, health and safety requirements, dress codes, arrival deadlines, prohibited item rules, or applicable law.
Denied entry for those reasons does not qualify for a refund.
If you believe you were denied entry because your ticket was invalid through no fault of your own, contact Totustix support promptly with your order number, event details, and any documentation from the venue.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before contacting Totustix, your order may be paused, canceled, or subject to investigation.
Submitting a chargeback does not guarantee a refund and may delay resolution. Totustix reserves the right to provide order records, ticket delivery records, admission records, communications, and other relevant information to the payment provider.
12. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
Totustix may deny refunds, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict future purchases if we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, payment misuse, violation of event rules, violation of Totustix terms, or other improper activity.
13. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Totustix support at:
Email: support@totustix.com Support Page: totustix.com/soporte
Your request should include:
- Order number
- Purchaser name
- Email address used for purchase
- Event name
- Event date
- Reason for the request
- Any relevant documentation
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund window communicated by Totustix, the event organizer, or the venue. If no specific refund window is stated, requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
14. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
Refund processing times vary. After Totustix submits a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Totustix is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, event organizers, venues, or third-party providers.
15. Applicable Law
This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable United States federal, state, and local consumer protection laws. Because ticketing laws may vary by state, certain customers may have additional rights depending on where they live, where the event takes place, or where the ticket is sold.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
16. Updates to This Policy
Totustix may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will generally apply to your order, unless a change is required by law or provides additional rights to customers.
