17. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small data files placed on or associated with a browser or device. We and our service providers may also use pixels, tags, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies. In this Policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as "Cookies."

18. Categories of Cookies We Use

18.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These Cookies are necessary to operate core features such as session management, account login, shopping cart functionality, checkout, ticket delivery, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and consent preferences. Because the Services may not function properly without them, they generally cannot be disabled through our cookie preference center, although your browser may allow you to block them.

These technologies help identify bots, credential stuffing, suspicious transactions, account abuse, automated ticketing activity, and other security threats. Some may be treated as strictly necessary where they are essential to protect checkout, accounts, tickets, or the integrity of the Services.

Where our cookie preference tool is available, you can use it to accept, reject, or manage non-essential Cookies. A persistent "Cookie Settings" or "Privacy Preferences" link should be available in the site footer so you can change your choices later.

Where required by applicable law, TotusTix will treat a legally recognized browser-based universal opt-out signal, including Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device from which the signal is received, subject to applicable verification and technical limitations.

Because these signals are generally browser- or device-specific, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.

21. Third-Party Technologies

Third-party providers may process information collected through their technologies according to their own privacy policies. TotusTix's use of a third-party provider does not mean TotusTix controls every aspect of that provider's independent data practices. We configure and contract with providers as appropriate for the services they perform for us.

22. Cookie Retention

Cookie duration varies. Session Cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent Cookies may remain for a defined period unless deleted earlier through browser settings or our preference tool. The specific duration of individual Cookies may be displayed in the cookie preference center where supported.

23. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where required, by providing additional notice or requesting a new consent choice.
